Legal Assistant

Job description

As Legal Assistant you will join the Legal team that currently consists of 7 other members, the Corporate Secretary and the General Counsel. You will report to The General Counsel (head of legal team). You will work in close cooperation with the other legal team members. It will be your responsibility to perform a broad variety of tasks, such as:

  • Drafting, review and administrative processing of legal documents;
    • NDAs, waivers, and other basic agreements;
    • Amendments to existing loan agreements and corresponding administration; and
    • Support in execution and shipment of documents;
  • Responsibility over legal processes:
    • Handling correspondence with external parties, coordination of legalization requests;
    • Liaising with notaries and embassies on legalizations and apostille; and
    • Supporting registrations of fund registrations.
  • Administrative activities:
    • Filing;
    • Handling of declarations of residence and chamber of commerce certificates; and
    • (Assist with) Corporate housekeeping of relevant entities.
  • Providing support with completion of KYC-requests from third parties e.g. (investors/investees).

Requirements

  • Starter with a Bachelor legal degree or an experienced legal secretary;
  • Fluent in Dutch, English; fluency in Spanish highly preferred;
  • Relevant legal experience, preferably in the financial sector;
  • Ability to set priorities;
  • An eye for detail, quick learner, self-starter, good multi-tasker;
  • Hands-on; Pro-active; feel comfortable to take ownership; 
  • The ability to create and uphold order and structure within assigned tasks; 

 Triple Jump offers you:


  • A market conform salary for the impact investing sector, 13th month, plus benefits such as a variable part up to a maximum of 10% of your salary. The package includes 28 days of annual leave, based on a full-time contract;

  • The position is initially for 1 year. If successful, the candidate will be offered a permanent position.
