Triple Jump, a Dutch Impact Investment Manager with a global portfolio, is looking for a:

Investor Relations Manager
32-40 hours per week, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands

Triple Jump is an impact-focused investment manager that manages and advises several funds in the area of financial inclusion, SME finance, affordable housing, renewable energy and agri. Triple Jump’s mission is to go where investing capital empowers people and improves lives. Triple Jump is headquartered in Amsterdam, and has a strong footprint in the emerging markets with 5 regional offices located in Georgia, Peru, Mexico, Thailand and Kenya. The team consists of over 80 professionals, including 30 different nationalities, with broad field experience and in-depth financial expertise. Triple Jump investment portfolio spans across more than 60 countries.

Triple Jump offers professional asset management services to investors, including asset selection, portfolio management and fund administration. Triple Jump holds an AIFMD license and is regulated by the Dutch Central Bank and the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets. Our investor base includes institutional investors, development banks, governments, NGOs, and retail banks, all of whom seek to combine both financial returns with social/environmental impact.

Job description

You will join the Investor Relations & Business Development team. You will be responsible for the relationship management and communication with our investors (clients). You will coordinate internally and take part in the development of new investment products & services. You execute market research and support the overall promoting of Triple Jump and its products and services to relevant stakeholders.

The successful candidate will:

  • Oversee day-to-day client account management for current Investors and interacting across relevant other departments to deliver the work;
  • Oversee account management logistics including coordination and scheduling of investor meetings, collection of required documents, necessary follow-ups, etc;
  • Participate in new business development including responding to tenders, preparing pitch books and Due Diligence Questionnaires;
  • Researching and preparing background materials and reports in relation to the company investor relations and business development strategy;
  • Prepare investor communication materials including corporate presentations, impact reports, and other marketing materials;
  • Participate in and prepare investor conferences, events, seminars, etc;
  • Contribute & participate in company and/or team projects;


Job requirements

  • Professional background with at least 3-6 years of relevant work experience in a client facing function in the asset management/banking industry;
  • General understanding of the financial markets and investment structures;
  • Experience (or at least affinity) with the Impact Investing industry;
  • Self-starter with an ability to work independently;
  • Can do mentality, service oriented, able to perform under pressure;
  • Teamplayer;
  • Strong client focus;
  • DSI Institutional Investments Advisor Certificate;
  • Excellent planning, organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and strive for continuous improvement;
  • Expertise in creating and editing client presentations, including use of PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and preferably Dutch, both orally and in writing;
  • Affinity with Triple Jump’s mission and vision.

Triple Jump offers you

  • A salary competitive for the impact investing sector, 13th month, plus benefits such as a variable part up to a maximum of 10% of your salary. The package includes 28 days of annual leave (full-time);
