Triple Jump offers professional asset management services to investors, ranging from asset selection, to portfolio management to fund administration. Triple Jump holds an AIFMD license and is regulated by the Dutch Central Bank and the Authority Financial Markets. Our investor base includes institutional investors, development banks, governments, NGOs, and retail banks, all of whom seek to combine both financial returns with and social/environmental impact. 

Job Description:

We are looking for a recent university graduate to join Triple Jump’s Fund Investment Team, currently managing an innovative investment mandate targeting ‘missing middle’ SMEs in frontier markets (Dutch Good Growth Fund). As Graduate - Fund Investments, your main task is to provide operational support to the investment teams with a broad range of activities related to team coordination and stakeholder management (ca. 30% of time), reporting and communication (30%), as well as documentation and database management (ca. 20%). You will also have the opportunity to support the investment team in screening of investment opportunities and other deal-related tasks (ca. 20%). This multidisciplinary role will give you exposure to various aspects of our daily work in impact investing, including client relationship, investment execution and monitoring. If successful, after 1-2 years the Graduate will move into an Analyst role in the Fund Investment team.  


As Graduate – Fund Investments, you are responsible for:

  • Coordinating of internal meetings, including Investment Committee meetings;
  • Support in data analysis and reporting (feeding into quarterly/(bi)annual reports, year plans);
  • Maintenance of Excel based databases support daily workflow;
  • Drafting of press releases and coordination of external communication about our investments;
  • Prepare market mappings covering certain geographies and investment strategies;
  • Support the investment team in screening and internal presentations of investment proposals;
  • Support in drafting of investment proposals (e.g. macro analyses).


Job Requirements:

  • Relevant education background (university or similar level); 
  • Understanding of and affinity with impact investing;
  • Pro-active attitude and strong organization skills;
  • Good multi-tasker and able to work independently within a small team;
  • Excellent communication, writing, presentation skills;
  • Fluent in English and Dutch; French and/or Spanish a plus.

Triple Jump offers you:

  • A salary competitive for the impact investing sector, 13th month, plus benefits such as a variable part up to a maximum of 10% of your salary. The package includes 28 days of annual leave, based on a full-time contract;
